| Thanks Carla. I said to my sister who is an artist, me pretending to be an artist is a little strange. She's going to give me some technique tips for the paints. | |

| Here's mine: I used a stamp with brown ink in the background, alcohol inks on top of that and misted flowers on top of that. The white embossed part says {anything really} | |

| Wow you guys.. I have missed this whole thread! I love what you've been doing. Stephanie, the layers are really great. How did you use alcohol inks? I never know what to do with mine.
Gail, yours is so pretty. I love how you did the flowers and made your page all crinkly!
I'm going to have to try this today!

| Thanks ladies! Kelly, I just dab some ink on the applicator and then I squirted quite a bit of blending solution on top of that. Then, I just wiped it around the page. It works much better on glossy paper. Jennifer McGuire does quite a bit with alcohol inks. Check out two of her videos here. | |

| Thanks Kelly. I had fun doing it.
I'm thinking isn't it Thursday yet? I want to see what Helen posts so I can start thinking about so I have ideas ready when I get to it on the weekend.

| I had a hard time with this one! It has been changed a few times but this is the way it is now... I used glimmer mist on the background, stamped along the edges and used ink around the journaling and below the butterflies. I used the font 'Complete in Him"... I really liked the look of it. The middle of the flowers are chipboard and misted with different colored mists. And I doodled!! | |
