So...who is interested in making a PBA for a challenge?

Would it be something like this?



I'm feeling a little lost on this right now......

1. Have you ever made a PBA? heck no! Never heard of them until this thread.

2. What theme are you thinking about? Not sure yet.

3. Are you going to use matched pps? probably not

4. Are you going to use ribbons and laces? not sure yet.

5. Do you plan to shop for supplies for this and if so, what? Can't afford it.....but the salvation army
has some great vintage stuff sometimes. you just have to dig.

6. Are you going to make it for yourself or someone else? Not sure yet.

Woo-hooo!! Got the blank PBA's in the mail today! I got some brown ones and some white ones.

If you have preference, LMK by MOnday am and I will try to accomodate your preference. Hope to get them postal on MOnday!

Did a little shopping yesterday when I took Chili to the vet school and picked up a 6 x6 pad of 7 Gypsies vintage paper. Thought that might be very useful for this challenge!!

LOL!! Maggi usually morphs into Magpie or Maggot but I've never been Maggi-roni before! LOL!! Love it Annmaree! Had a friend named Nan and I always called her Noodle.

Will give out brown bags in the order requested. I don't really know why they sent half brown and half white 'cause I wanted all brown. Oh well. You're going to end up covering most of it anyway. Yes and as Jean Marie says there's always ink and paint!!

When I work in a vintage style, I usually use muted colors- lots of beiges and browns, I usually like add in some touches or red-its really more of a wine or rusty color. I use either b/w photos or sepia. I tend to do collage type LOs with little bits of this and that all over the place. So try using scraps of vintage style paper. OH yes, lots of ink! Gotta ink your edges, can crumble your pp and then smooth it out, then ink it. Gives a really interesting effect. HTH a little!

The PBA's that I have are made from 3 bags which gives you 12 approx. 6 x 6 pages.
