Thanks Colleen. I have a few more "baby" layouts to get my grandson's album caught up... as you can see.. I'm pretty far behind seeing as he just had his first birthday!!

The petals are tabs from pop cans.

Neat idea!! I did find one tab and wondered what I could do with it.

I just pinned a bunch of crafts that were done with pop tabs. You'd be amazed at what people come up with Carla!!

I used pop tabs as "medals" on an Afghanistan layout...

here's one I just did... the card was from her birth 18 years ago so that is my recycled item! Not a great photo cause it was already in the plastic (lazy eh?)

Great idea with the Christmas card, Pat. There are some beautiful cards that I have received over the years in a shoebox. I will have to take a look and see what I can give new life, too.

I used a Father's Day card from last year. My husband loves pens so it was perfect to use on a layout about his dad (who passed away a year ago). I put the card down first, then tucked a picture into the edge of the "dad" part (originally part of the card) and added embellishments.

When were in Las Vegas a few years ago, there was a display of Marilyn Monroe items up for auction. My daughtern & I went to view the display. It was all sectioned off with security so we could only look at it from far, but they did let me take pictures of the banners that were around the auction area. The tag was from a purse that I bought years ago with Marilyn on it. The picture on the left was of our hotel room card.
