When my kids were young we made snowflakes - like in Jean Marie's post - and attached thread to them and using clear tacks we hung them all over the living room ceiling... it looked awesome and was a really fun project for my kids.

They used to do that a work as well, until they deemed it a fire hazard

I love the look of hanging snowflakes, Also like to see them hanging in windows.

We used to hang them everywhere too! Maybe the boys will do this again with me..... but knowing them they will think I am nuts!!!
