Part 2 - Kelly's Challenge

I am posting Kelly's Challenge for her, hope it works!

Part 2


When I read this part of the poem, I was struck by a few things. First, did you notice all the ACTION in the first four lines? Wow. There was an awful lot of activity going on! Then that word “lustre” just evokes soft, rich light. I love it! Of course we’re also given the number of our famous reindeer. So for this challenge, I’d like to see a layout that shows ACTION. It must have some LUSTRE (not bling – lustre(think more pearl than diamond) and EIGHT “something” on it.

My layout shows my granddaughter figuring out how to SPLASH in my friend’s pool this summer, I have a row of pearls and some mist for LUSTRE and EIGHT aqua buttons.

This layout does NOT have to be Christmas themed! Let’s see what you have!

Lustre - thickers letters are the puffy glossed kind
Eight - journaling done on 8 little pieces

When my grandson comes, he thinks he's a dog. He'll go right up to my little guy and put his face right in line for Murphy's kisses. If Murphy turns away, Hugo will grab M's "mustache" and pull him back for more! Completely opposite of your photos!!

here's mine: The action is the smile, the eight things are small greenish pearls on some of the flowers and the lustre is the other pearls. The pink around the outside is the frame it's sitting on and might be where it gets put!

I LOVE that line of paper, Lois! Just look at her big smile.. It makes me smile just looking at it!
