Crop Challenge - Part 6

A wink of his eye, and a twist of his head,
Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread.
He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
And filled all the stockings—then turned with a jerk,
And laying his finger aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose.
He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew, like the down of a thistle;
But I heard him exclaim ere he drove out of sight,
"Merry Christmas to all, and to all a goodnight!"

Part Six of this poem is probably among most illustrated Christmas images, we see it in books, on paper, cards, bulletin boards....

Part of this challenge is a photo inspiration...



The other part is movement and sound. There is a number of action words in this section - wink, twist, filled, nod, sprang, flew... Your LO needs to have movement and something that makes a sound!

It could be!!!! it is what I tell the ladies in my scarpbooking group, it is all interpretation. The challenges are there for fun not frustration!

The photo made me think of a parade. Movement and music are definitely in parades! I used music notes and instruments. I also used the colors from the scene.

okay, so here's mine: the baby is sound cause if you look close she is making bubbles with her mouth... the movement is the butterfly... and I kind of followed the shape of the inspiration.

For this one I chose the Ukrainian dance group that danced at the Malanka. If any of you have been to a Ukrainian dance performance you know there is alot of movement alot of sound and alot of color. Makes you want to get up and keep up LOL

Here's mine. I used some of the colours from the photo as inspiration, the movement is the kids pretending to play musical instruments and the sound is what the musical instruments would sound like
