| I was just wondering; has anyone here ever made their own paper/card at home? I remember doing it in Highscool, I had a lot of fun with it, with the paper pulp and screen etc. And I remember it made a really thick textured paper/card with lovely flecks through it... I was thinking of starting this at home, cos it would make cards and scrapbook pages even more special, and also more user friendly with regards to using up scrap bits of paper that would otherwise go in the trash. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions, stories? | |

| Hmm...sounds interesting. I made paper with my class last year but we used recycled newspaper so it was dingy & gray when we were done. It was more for the environmental side of it. I say go for it. You never know unless you try something. Good luck & if you do go for it, post your results. | |

| I have made it with my kids. We used construction paper and blended it in a blender to make it pulpier that just tearing by hand. It turned out really nice. | |
