| I think the days are gone now where we just simply cut our paper and that was enough! we need layers, torn edges, inked edges, distressed edges, stitched etc!

| i love both, totally distressed but i love the clean lines too! sorry thats not much help at all, however a top tip i received from someone was to use a chalk ink then a stazon in similar colours on your edges and it gives them more depth and definition  | |

| I like to distress the heck outta my edges!! My favorite thing to do is hit each of my photo edges with some sandpaper . . . love that look!! | |

| I'm so wishy washy with this - I go from clean, straight edges to using my distresser and ripping them up & then inking to my punches and creating new shaped papers!!! I'm seriously all over the board on this one. | |

| If it can be done to paper, It hink I have probably at least attempted it - sanding, tearing, inking, chalking, stiching, distressing, pinking, rolling and the list goes on. I think my favorite technique it tearing though. I just love the look - sometimes I will chalk or ink the torn edge and it looks like some of the cardstock that had a different core. | |
