PL Challenge - A corner

My next challenge is for you to document with a photo and journaling (can be separate or together) a corner of your home.
It must be a corner. Post it here (just the entry or your entire page).

I am going to try to get this one done today.

Here is my take on it:

I took a picture and then used Picasa to change it to a pencil sketch. I also made a 4x6 card to describe my corner.

I do not really have any interesting corners. Our house without teh adddition is a sqaure and everyroom has windows in each corner of the outside walls. Love the light but you really have to work with furniture placement. Maybe I should take a picture of windows!

I would definitely do the windows! I am going to take a photo of my grandfather clock I think...

Here it is. There is a door to the left into Caleb's and Ryan's room and a door to the right into Morgan's room and another door you can't see that goes to the attic. A small space, but it's his and he loves it - especially when it comes to Saturday morning room cleaning!

I love how you made him his own space. It certainly is important in a big family!

OK usually my dh is the one to fool around with photoshop but you inspired me this morning to document this corner of our yard that is set aside for a special reason. I hope that's OK. I need some work on my photoshop skills but I felt it was good for a start!

Yes... I know... but it means going back into PSE! My head hurts too much to do that right now. At this point, I'm more interested in catching and keeping up than I am in making it too pretty! Bad eh?
