| February is the month of the heart. Heart and Stroke is all about healthy Living. So in honor of having a healthier body our challenges will revolve about the heart. Challenge 1-- Eat well to maintain a healthy heart. For this challenge do a layout that has food on it. Here is my layout.  | |

| OK.. I really struggled with this one, and this am it came to me!! Tomorrow is the Superbowl and what better way to show how to eat healthy and watch some tight-ends.. oops.. I meant sports than this layout! How fun this was Jackie! Thanks!!  | |
