Guess what I just did! Thanks for this link. I bookmarked it and then spent some time there. Lots of great ideas.

So I wrote out my own list of cleaning chores and decided this would make 15 minute clean-ups with the children more fun! I can also do one thing daily and use it to help the school children get motivated to complete school work. We had to explain to one son a few days ago that if he choses not to finish his work at school then he sets himself up for doing manual labor as an adult to make a living. So we gave him a taste of what manual labor is like. I'm hoping he'll decide to complete his projects and assignments now that he had to shovel out cow poo!
