Well, my background is gold and brown ... but I did add gold mesh inserts beside the photos! And, it's rough... the perfect paper for my zoo photos... DCWV pad called Safari Chic that I bought when Kate was going to go and volunteer in Boswana then couldn't go at the last minute!! So, here it is:

It looks like you put brads in the diamond shapes too. Nice layout.

Love the linear design. I think with all that busy paper you needed that to keep the eyes focused on the photos. Labeling above each photo is also a good idea to give the eyes a "rest"... You really used that busy paper well! Your netting is so cute and appropriate to your "hunting tiger" photos..

Gold background, Rough texture (I used Bazzill textured cs), 2 circles and metal (I used a bookplate and two photo clips).

Gold background (i sprayed the pp with gold glimmer mist to enhance the gold coloring) The pp does look more orange but it really has gold high lights in it.

I've done a 2nd layout to match up with the 2nd one for the Volleyball challenge... the background is golden yellow and is rough, the metal is all the brads, the circles are chipboard pieces.
