I am still working on my envelope challenge I got from Kelly.... then onto Linda's Saturday sketch before I tackle these ones!! What are you working on today??

Cassie has a lot of things stacked against her. She struggles with her body image and the muscular dystrophy weaknesses'. The kids have teased her for years for not being able to "Do normal things" that most kids do. She is a unique quirky kind of kid who prides herself on being different. School/teacher stress is real heavy on her. She is scared of her outcome especially when she watches her fathers deterioration rate all the while knowing that hers is more severe than his and that her onset was much earlier than his. Like I said she has a lot of things stacked against her and its hard.

I'm up and doing my crossword puzzle, tried to talk the girls into doing it for me....but no takers. LOL

WORKING ON CHALLENGE #7 AND MY CROSSWORD.

I'm back ladies. Had a rotten morning with Sleep Country Canada. They gave us a quote yesterday afternoon on 2 double sets of mattresses/box springs with taxes included. The guy told dh and I to our face and we jotted in on a card. We asked him again to confirm. We told him we had to measure and would be back in the morning. He rang us up, after we reminded him of his quote, and it came to $200 more. He said it was taxes. We reminded him that his quote was taxes in. No sorry he couldn't do that. What a waste of our time driving there. So angry. I would have paid it, but it was the point of it. Off to check Costco online. I would rather deal with a reputable company.

But I'm here now. Yeah!

How frustrating Lisa... Scrap... you need to relax!!

And also... I have to drive ds to the gym.. will be back around 2:10, and we will have a "quick" game... stay tuned!!!

I wish I was her teacher. I always tried my best to help kids get their work done in a way that helped them be successful. I had kids answer questions orally and I let one of my students write with a ball point pen because he couldn't handle the sound of the pencil scratching the paper.

I have only done my word search today. That's all. I had another huge wave of tiredness hit this morning so as soon as we got home, I hit the hay... Don't think I slept but... oh well... I'm going to veg in front of the television (did I tell you I finally finished the movie ysterday?? It was cute. ) with my dog. Dh has the house torn up and the dog has been a little overwhelmed!

I have two left to finish - I have one of them almost done, but won't get to finish it until at least Friday night.

I think I have 4 or 5 left to finish. I am going to a Good Friday Crop where I plan on working on them.

I was planning on doing more, but life....

Well I got confused and did one challenge twice so now I'm working on my "last one" again. LOL It's coming along but I forgot the punched part and my papers are all glued down so I have to figure out how to fix it. LOL Might be starting this one all over! LOL

I worked for a bit in my basement today. Whew, I have a lot of crap! I want to get them finished but I don't know if I will.

I had the template printed out for the onesie card but now I can't find it. I'm hoping it didn't get thrown in the trash....

Thanks to a crop that I went to yesterday, I was able to finish the challenges. I have just finished posting them. Thanks DT for the inspiration!
