List Challenge #1

OK... here is your first "list" of the year!!

List.... your favourite colours right now!!

Here is mine... Vibrant Turquosie, Bubblegum Pink, Crushed Grape!



I used a 4x6 recipe card to make this. I plan on using up a ton of my stash for these! Hopefully by the end of the year, I have put a dent in it! LOL!!

You can do whatever fancies you.... a tag, an ATC, a layout, art journal, or just tell us here! No pressures with this.. just something I have wanted to do for a while!

I've got a journal page drying for this. It needs a few things yet. I certainly didn't end up where I started.

LOL!! That is what I love about art journaling.. yu start with an idea, and it just grows!! Can't wait to see it Gail!!

My favourite colors (for clothing) lately are :

purple
dark pink
turquoise


They go better with grey hair. LOL!

I still like the neutrals for scrapping -- greens/browns

I love blue, green and yellow together. Did a LO tonight with these colors. Will post tomorrow.

Now I see what you mean...will be in pain tomorrow...have to get a crowned tooth out cause it broke off inside my gum just before Christmas...so I will be in my scrappy space tomorrow night probably all stoned up and ready to create...or asleep...but I will get working on this!!!

I forgot to mention that the title and giraffe were cut from a store-bought card. Reduce, reuse, recycle!

Jessica, your LO looks sweet. I love soft "baby colours" and that giraffe is TOO sweet. I often save and RRR cards too! Gr8 job! -Ali

Gee Helen... those are also my colors... I just bought a new carpet, towels, face cloths and hand towels in bright turquoise.... and....also got Maria some sheers in the same color to go in her bright Ballerina pink bedroom... and flannel sheets with lavendar and violet in them and am looking for quilt, etc. in those colors... !!!! It must be a winter thing because I mostly like sages, browns... creams... nature colors!

Sweet layout Jessica!

I did this journal page for my list of colors. Blue, red and yellow in all shades. My first thought was that I'd do small swatches of pattern papers scraps around the page. This is what it turned into. Someone here put me on to Donna Downey. Here phrase kept going through my head so that's my page title.

Oh my gosh Gail!!!! I LVOE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! All the colours, all the bits, all the sprays... just stunning! Love it for sure!!!!
