Challenge # 13-High blood pressure
High blood pressure is the number one risk factor for stroke and a major risk factor for heart disease. It’s important to keep your blood pressure in a healthy range. Blood flows through our bodies in arteries or veins. So for this challenge I would like to see you use ribbon in five different ways to represent the arteries and veins in our bodies.

Here is mine. I used ribbon to frame my photos, ribbon banners, a ribbon flower, a bow and a strip of ribbon up the side.

Here is mine.... I used ribbon for the flower, for the stem, for the leaves, for the butterflies, for the grass! Hope this is OK!!! Great challenge Jackie!

I put some tape runner stuff on a sheet of cardstock, stuck down the ribbon, and cut it with a die!

Ribbon in 5 different ways:
1. as a texture element (beside photo)
2. as a horizontal "border" (underneath photo)'
3. a flower
4. leaves
5. as a pull tag on the journal block

Here is the last one done and I even have a day left! The challenges have been fun and everyone has done such lovely work. Always nice to see such different takes on each challenge. Keep them coming over the months ladies.
I do hope lace is considered as ribbon-I don't keep that much ribbon around as I use alot in cards.
1.lacey border
2.cord around each photo
3.tie on journalling piece
4.ribbon strips under photos
5.ribbon under the rosette
