| Oh my gosh Lois!!! I loved using the Rak you sent me! I also incorporated some of the stuff that Tabitha sent!!! I made this little book for a dear friend of mine who is trying so hard to lose weight, as the Dr. told her that her blood sugars were WAY to high. Anyways.. I am giving it to her on the way to aquafit tomorrow am!! She needs a lift!! Here it is... (closeups in the gallery!!)      Thanks for the awesome stuff you two!! | |
