I just figured out how to scan and stitch together layouts using my photoshop CS3!

Heres the link:

I'm so stoked, Heres the result:

So much better than having to try and photograph it nicely!!!

great job AM -

k, question though?

are you taking a picture of your layout? or 1/2 pic and then 1/2 pic to blend together? just trying to understand why ou would stitch your layout... thanks for helping this brain-dead person out.... i don't get it? lol

I do the same thing AM. I never answered your other question but I use Pixtra Panostitcher free software. I will check out your link though.

Linda, it's because we have 8 1/2 x 11 scanners so it won't scan a full 12x12 page. So, I scan 1/2, save it, flip it and scan the other 1/2. Then I load it onto the program and it will put the 2 pieces together for me. I like scanning my things because it gets closer & you can see things better - IMO.

its for using the scanner Linda, yep, to scan half, then to other half, and blending it!

My photos just arent coming out up to par I've noticed. So I've tried my scanner out for a few cards, and loved how they came out, so thought I'd try it with my layouts, but just didnt know how to put them together!
