|  Just sent 45 cards out to MIL for orders from her sewing students. 1) 20 birthday cards, 2) 20 birthday cards, and... 3) 5 all occasion note-cards! I packaged them all up nicely with raffia, vintage tags and a TY note for each customer, plus a business card and the invoice. Whew! Then I padded a big box (well a winter ankle-boot sized box) and cello-wrapped the cards/envies; wrapped each order in tissue... more tissue and padding and tape then DH MAILED it for me! Woooohoooo! Now I have an order for 18 music-themed cards ! LOL I just added some cards to my SOS Gallery... My DD says she cannot imagine why I don't get bored, but I NEVER make 2 cards the same and that is why!!!! My cards are really simple. I use pp and flowers a lot. It works well! Above is a sample of 6 of the cards I just sent out. I am so relieved to have those out of here! LOL | |

Lynn, I was about to do this when the other forum shut down a few days early. I will post something soon, and share, if you like. I am so glad you are here with us! Until I get those pointers up, (may be a few days) TALK TALK TALK your business, quietly and confidently, not being pushy (and I know you AREN"T that way anyway;) just mention it when you can and hand out cards. Staples business depot has templates, you can make your own. Not expensive at all and they look lovely. | |
