I just started this technique myself....i have'nt seen it anywhere else?

On a coloured piece of card stock print your bubble wrap in white paint, let to dry & punch out a shape, i used star's.

Instead of inking the edge's i painted the edge's & in black, let to dry & use how you please.

I used star's & as embellies on this card..........

GREAT card-- the star looks great!! I have used bubble wrap to make bkgnd pp but never cut anything from it- awesome idea!
