Sweet Crop Monday Jan. 14 - Twizzlers

I know that most of us LOVE twizzlers... red or black, or any other colour for that matter



For this challenge you must use ribbon on your layout and you must have it twisted to represent the Twizzlers. It must be at least 12" long when it starts, but when you twist the ribbon it will of course get smaller depending on how tight you twist.

You have until Saturday, January 26th at midnight to complete this challenge.
You will receive 100 CALORIES for completing and posting your project in this thread.
You will receive 200 calories if you do a double layout.

Helen, I really like that your twisted ribbon is quite loose. I've only done this once before and I'm not sure I'd have thought to do it that way.

Thanks Gail. I actually wrapped the ribbon around a pencil, and while it was still on the pencil, I put a strip of double sided adhesive on the back, stuck it down on the paper, and pulled the pencil out.

I think this technique will be used again! I love the dimension it gave. Thanks for the challenge, Helen! I used the sketch from Saturday and will put this into the pagemaps contest too.
