anyone have...

a Kit that they bought but never used? I think I might order one. I know I could probably buy some page protectors and paper and do my own, but right mow I'm looking for something quick and easy

No, I have been thinking the same thing about buying a kit but I just hate paying the shipping charges that is on most stuff. I knowit is included when you buy retail here but buying from the US the prices are at par, then there is all the shipping. I may have to bit the bullet and do it.

Is it really that expensive to send something your way? What if I bought it & mailed it to you? I'm sure that's where companies make their $$ is through the shipping! I just wonder how much it would be to mail something. Do you have links to what you are looking at? Maybe my LSS lady can get it in & I can ship it to you.

It's definitely not as expensive if you bought it Stephanie and then mailed it as a "gift". It's not just the shipping but the not knowing if customs is going to hit you with a big bill... :

I priced out getting page protectors from the States vs direct from the PL distributor in Canada and it was cheaper to get it here. And then I don't have to worry about getting nailed with customs.

You can also use what supplies you already have with your own stamps, embellies, etc and then all you would need are the page protectors. There are all sorts of links to make your own kit if you google.
