Oreo Cookie Balls - Dec 16th

Jessica and I made these this evening. Very easy recipe! You'll need a package of Oreo cookies. Crush them and mix with 1 block of cream cheese. You might need to get in there and mix with your hands. Shape into balls. Set in fridge to chill for about 1/2 hr. Melt your choice of chocolate (Jessica likes white the best, ick!). Dip balls into chocolate and sprinkle with crushed candy cane. We used cherry flavoured candy canes.

I love the Oreo Truffles, they are on my list! I have all the ingredients, that is a good start.

Well, except for the white chocolate. I really can't stomach that stuff.....

I'd make them with dArk chocolate if it was up to me. Jessica's bringing these to band practice today.

Yum! My mom used to make chocolate covered Oreo cookies. She just dipped a regular cookie in chocolate & they were so good!

My oldest daughter made these for us last night and they are very yummy!
