Homework "Reveals"

I want to thank Helen for this assignment, I had my baby picture to scrapbook. I bought the Little Darling Paper pack, thinking I would use it, which I diid. This pic was very special and I wanted to do something specail with it. This challenge gave me the time and thought to accomplish the task, plus the daily assignments added all the extra touches.

I want to thank Jessica, for the title. I seldom scrapbook and could not to come up with an appororiate title. I was glad I posted the "RAK Title", before you girls started talking about titles. The other close choice was Carla's "Little Darling" because that was the paper name. I also considered "my little sunshine" which is on the tag. My Dad was in a serious tractor accident as a young man and he was told that he would probably never have children. I was their first and then 2 years later my brother was born.

My LO looks like this:



The PP Circle had the word Lullaby in the upper left side, I worked really hard with all teh arrangement to perserve it but the jouranling tag won it.

It says....

My 1 year old Baby Picture, My Aunt Hazel gave it to me. I do not remember seeing it as a child or growing up. It is the only picture of me that was taken in a studio, until my High School graduation. It is very special; Mom must have saved her egg or cream money to take me to the photographer. I am “All Dolled Up” in white leather shoes, white cotton leotards, a soft yellow dress with little yellow and green ribbon flowers on the yoke ( I have the dress.), and my baby locket.

P.S. My diamonds are in the upper left corner, I cut them out of pp and they just happen to be small...

Lisa, I have some of the same supplies as you. I have that paper line the border stamp you used. The same flowers in white make an appearance in my homework assignment.

Linda, that is gorgeous. A perfect layout. Your flowers are lovely and those shoes are so very cute.

Kelly, I love your papers. The title around the circle really makes this layout. That’s such a cute photo.

Colleen, those are perfect papers for the sepia photo. Love the pop of pink on the neutral layout. I really like the way you did the diamonds.
