| Happy Pigs in a Blanket Day!!! The American Farm Bureau Foundation's Dates to Celebrate Agriculture calendar includes a "National Pigs-in-a-Blanket Day" to be observed every April 24.  The origins of National Pigs-in-a-Blanket Day are unknown. However, pigs in a blanket have dated back to the 1800s. The meal began as oysters, seasoned with salt and pepper, then pinned to a strip of bacon. The dish was broiled or grilled and then served on toast. People might celebrate National Pigs-in-a-Blanket Day by cooking their own iteration on pigs in a blanket. Others may go out and buy prepared pigs in a blanket to celebrate the day. Some create pancakes wrapped in sausage to celebrate the day  Enjoy this special day!!!! (this is your challenge.. to just enjoy this day!!). | |

| Maybe I'll make some hotdogs rolled in biscuit mix for the afterschool snack today!
I also have a LO ready to do about Brianna's toes that I will call "This Little Piggy" and will be using pig paper and embies. I'll post it here on Sunday night! | |

| I did indeed enjoy my day-worked afew hours,had supper with my DH watched TV with him and even scrapped some while watching TV. Very nice day because I could do more scrapping! | |
