April 3rd - Find a Rainbow Day

Author Donald Ahrens in his text "Meteorology Today" describes a rainbow as "one of the most spectacular light shows observed on earth". Indeed the traditional rainbow is sunlight spread out into its spectrum of colors and diverted to the eye of the observer by water droplets. The "bow" part of the word describes the fact that the rainbow is a group of nearly circular arcs of color all having a common center.



For this challenge, you must use rainbow colors somehow on your layout, card, or altered project!

That's a great idea for a layout Helen. I love the bright colors. I think I have a thing for dotted paper - or is that a stamp? The spatters going out from it are perfect.

I needed a b-day card for tomorrow so this was a great challenge. Stephanie I love your bright and cheery card.

Thanks Gail! Those dots are made from a mask and then I splattered paint around Gail.

Yes I did Colleen I was watching t.v. & on the computer at the same time. I laid my head down & woke up a couple hrs. later. I shut my computer & went to bed. When I got on my computer this a.m. SOS was still open on my tabs.

Just to let you know I really do fall asleep at the computer. A lot of times I don't even know I've done it until I nearly fall off the chair or hit the keyboard LOL. True. My DH will often call from the bedroom to check if I'm awake.I wake up after about 20 mins and shut the computer off then march onto bed where I promptly fall asleep again. No, I never have any problems sleeping! LOL.

OK that's hilarious! I can't see me EVER being comfortable enough in this chair to fall asleep!
