Just sorted thru all of mine.

Made a pile of cute bags to share with our friends who are coming to visit tomorrow- they also have 4 kids. Had a bunch of Easter and Valentine' Day themed bags my sister sent that their kids will enjoy when those times of year come around. Smile

I took gifts bags, and used one for~ #1: tissue paper
#2: everyday/birthday gift bags.
Then I hung them in the laundry room closet on hangers.
Oh--- also:
#3 and #4: Instead of leaving the two big bags of Christmas bags in that closet, I sent them down to the basement storage area- they will be hung on a clothing rack thing (on hangers) too.

Nice to have that done.

Here is an older pic of what I did... BUT I downsized to just TWO bags! LOL

Ribbon rolls: detangled, taped the ends properly so they don't unravel, and stored them in big ziplocks! 1 big Ziplock for bag for everyday gift-ribbon & another for Christmas.

Awesome idea Ali!! My sister does the same thing and stores her quilting projects like this. Her dh even added an extra bar half way down the closet for more stuff!!

Thanks gals, it's just a suggestion that really seems to work as far as sorting and organizing goes.

My friends homeschool, so they were thrilled with the gift bags I had sorted out for their kids- they said b/c they homeschool, they have more little group events when they invite folks over for things like Easter or valentine's day celebrations. So -- those bags will come in handy!

YAY! I am so glad I did that!!!!! Always nice when u can share smthg that would have been "excess" to store/keep, and it is so appreciated!
