A gift for that special someone! A few years ago, my daughter Kate made me an altered journal and gave me a decorated jar with questions printed onto cardstock in in. I was to pick a question, put it into the journal and answer the question and then give it back to her on her 30th birthday... ! What a great gift that was for me, it put me into a 'get in touch with myself' zone and I had a great time unloading all my information into that little book. It got so full that it now sits open on a book shelf in her apartment. I added photos, memorabilia, pockets, tags... whatever I could think of while I was working on a question.... so here are some questions.

I did this for my mom for Christmas and she really enjoyed the gift. A lot of the prompts I had were about childhood. She liked thinking about her childhood & then writing about it. Thanks for sharing!

Thats such a cool idea! I love it.

I really should make one for my mum to do!. Its one thing having the conversations talking about eachother etc when your older. But remember them can be difficult. At least this way you would always have a personalised hard-copy of your loved-ones life.
