This week we are throwing out the diet plans and weight watchers' points -- we're going to collect as many CALORIES as we can! The best part is that these calories will NOT accumulate on your hips and thighs or tummy Smile

They are totally GUILT-FREE! So load up!

There's a Pre-Crop challenge posted today, then 2 SWEET challenges each day from January 14th-18th, with a PRIZE given out every day! Helen will be ending our crop with a 1-hr Challenge on Saturday, the 19th.

Just a few notes before we start:

~ Challenges are due on Saturday, January 26th at midnight

~ Projects must be newly created for the crop. Only one project per challenge will be counted towards your total calorie count

~ Be sure to check each challenge thread for the CALORIE COUNTS. You may be able to receive bonus calories Wink

~ Make sure your project is loaded in the correct challenge thread, in order to be counted for prizes

~ Any questions? Ask in the QUESTIONS thread, and one of the DT will try and answer asap

I'm FINALLY here...had to go to Vancouver to pick up Maria, then out to my daughters for birthday dinner for both of us and just got home!!!
