April 9th - National Name Yourself Day

Step into the light all you folks who have secretly (or not so secretively) wished for a different name! Now there’s a day where we all can change our names. April 9 is designated as the national Name Yourself Day! Even Facebook has a page (or two) in honor of this celebratory event.

For this challenge I want to see a layout about you and your name. It could be why you were named what you were, it could be one where you change your name.... as long as it is about you!!!

I haven't done a page about myself in a long time... Dunno what I'd name myself if I changed it though... Did a page about my name a long time ago when I first started my Book of Me album...

Cute little birds Helen. I like the way you layered the hexagons (is that what they are) at the corner of the photo. I never noticed before that you have dimple.

I am fine with who I am, I would prefer that people call me by my full name but they never have so they probably never will LOL

I got a chance to work on this LO today and here it is! I don't mind my name at all.The theme is naturey in the photo as well-one of my favorite things-being out in the woods with the birds and bees and all things natural!
