Sorry this is a couple days late...

1. Choose your coffee cup sleeves and cover them with patterned paper or cardstock.

2. If you want to make the coffee cup sleeves into a pocket ,then run glue along the bottom of the inside of the sleeves.

3. Decorate the sleeves and punch hole in them and tie together with ribbon.

Here are some pics of the mini album completed.

I found this awesome tutorial online for a gift box for cards. It was written by Beate Johnson She does some fabulous altered projects!

Anyway, thought I'd try one myself.

I used red cardstock for the bottom on my box, and a sheet of Basic Grey patterned paper for the top.

Step one:

Cut your base piece 7-3/4 x 9 inches. Score at 1-1/2 inches on each side.

NOTE: I also made a larger box so that I could fit 12 cards and 12 envelopes. For that one, I cut the base ...

Let’s Alter a Clock!

First pick up an inexpensive clock - make sure you can open it up by unscrewing or pulling apart the cover... and like I said cheap is good!

Before you start taking it apart, make sure it works and that the noise won’t drive you nuts... some of them are just too noisy, like the first one I made that sits on the wall with no battery in it!

•	Carefully take the cover off and then pull the hands off of the middle post... be careful because they are usually fairly ...

Sometimes you have the perfect chipboard letter, but the color is all wrong, or it doesn't match with your project.

The neat thing about chipboard is that you can usually peel off the top layer.

Here's what you'll end up with:

Then you can ink/paint/paper/bling your letters to work with your project.

I posted a challenge on www.dixiepieces.com this week and I thought I'd share it here!

I got a lot of different sizes and shapes of frames with their June kit and thought I'd use them to create LO. So, I glues pictures to two of them and used my exacto knife to cut the photo out to the shape of the frame.

Then I did the same with another piece of pattern paper. I used this third frame for the title.
