And not even to each other, most of the times!!! We had a dog for 14 years but he passed away a few years ago.We still miss him. We also had a rabbit who was 9 when he passed.He was a great bunny! Just before Christmas we got another dog,a Bichon Poo.We love her to pieces!!! She's such a cutie!!! Her name is Meika Kloey. Carla's daughter gave me the idea for her middle name. It's funny ... He was so upset, but it was the best for Moxie. He was 16 years old, arthritis everywhere, and could hardly move. I felt so bad for him. I have never had to go through this, and I am not looking forward to having to even think of this for my Sasha! Have any of you ever had to do this? It must be so difficult. She is our only female. She absolutely LOVEs to sleep in the laundry basket after a nice load of clothing comes out of the laundry (dryer.) Not sure why this is such a small load- I have a feeling I had already been folding it and she borrowed a spot for herself! LOL The kids call her Tootsie-Pop. We have a family coming to see our pony, who is for sale as she is too small for Kate now (Waaaaah!) The seem a nice fam, Mommy is an RN like me and they have rescued a TON of creatures (their pets) as have we: animal lovers. I have no qualms that Miss Oakley would be cherished.
